I purchased a pair of American Eagle winter boots during their Black Friday and I have to say I am happier than ever. I love my Sorelles, but like many other people I find them too clunky. These boots are light but still have the rubber part at the bottom to keep my feet dry.  However, wearing winter boots is not always stylish and makes me feel like a snowman haha.

So I decided to share some tips on how you can make winter boots look stylish and still keep warm! I’ve created 5 different looks focusing on a style tip for each.

1. Structured Jacket Instead of wearing your usual winter jacket, pair your boots with a straight cut jacket. Be sure to pick one that has also has a pattern for a more stylish look!

2. Faux Fur Wearing a faux fur jacket will make any outfit look and feel more luxurious. You can also substitute it with a teddy bear coat.

3.Vest I decided on a fur vest, but any vest will do, when paired with a chunky knit. Throw on a hat with pompoms and you’re good to go.

4. Puffer Jacket I love puffer jackets for fall and spring, but why not wear them in the winter time! Although you may need to layer up, wearing them with those boots will keep you warm.

5. Fun Scarf, Hat and/or Socks

Either pick one or do them all! Add a hat and scarf that have some colour (pink, dark green, dark blue) and cozy socks and you are ready to go!
